Classes

Boxing for Fitness is one of the best ways to GET FIT FAST. Not only is it a fantastic form of exercise, but it is also a great release. You don’t even need to be experienced in the sport, amateurs are most welcome also to come along and enjoy these fun classes.

During these classes you will mainly be concentrating on building your fitness levels through non – contact partner work, using boxing gloves and pads. An extremely qualified and experienced coach will be running these classes in order to train and motivate you to achieve your goals with as much enjoyment as possible.

Each class is entirely mixed, men and women at all levels from beginners to more experienced fitness go-ers. Each hour-long class is made up of vigorous exercises including running, cycling, skipping, weights, aerobics, sparring and shadow boxing to improve your technique, footwork, posture, strength and balance.
